What I do

Larger Purpose: This project helped me gain experience and practical applications of the exercise testing and prescription technique I have learned. This project gave me clinical experience that was advantageous for my future endeavors.

The main outcomes of edge project was to coach a highly motivated athlete with good genetic potential, and take this athlete to a high level of success with academic and athletic experience and knowledge I’ve gained.
