In this project I coached an elite level college middle distance runner. I provided a workout program that covered all aspects of aerobic and anaerobic exercise bouts and also strength and flexibility, with quantifiable progress. This project gave me the opportunity to help others get better and gave me the chance to learn and help increase my knowledge this was beneficial with learning how to apply the exercise prescription I've learned in my classes and it helped develop personal and communication skills. This project gave me a better understanding of how individuals adapt to chronic exercise bouts, and how to manipulate adaptations in the most advantageous manor.
